yes I did that yesterday, no errors or files to replace were found...
Found a better way to fix things since yours didnt work: close the game > empty the "scripts" folder in the GTA 5 directory (don't empty the recycle bin keep the files) > boot the game > play a little make a manual save > close the game > Go in the recycle bin recover to the deleted files and put them back in the GTA5 scripts folder > Its all fixed
Edit: Problem came back a bit later. Probably comes from "Open all interiors" anyway GL to all with this issue for now i'm playing without scripts

Necroing the thread to confirm that Open Interiors was the issue and always been. Cool little mod but back then a few years I remember having multiple issues stemming from this exact mod. (you need to remove the two Open Interiors files in your GTA V root folder to fix the issue and uninstall the mod)
