Controller Update

Introducing the controller update. And few other stuff.

Controller mode option available in game settings. This option only changes the visual tutorials/tips/hints in the game. Means you can play the game both on keyboard+mouse and controller without changing any setting.
Crosshair sensivity slider available in game settings. This option only changes the speed on controllers.
David seemed like little clunky character, so now he has a bullet time when he switches to his gun in air. It's really cool.
Also Jason has it on his leap but it's just to slow him down a little and it's not that huge change compared to David.
Few level updates: enemy positions, lightning,

Right now I will be working on secret levels and better demo.

Can't complete the "Worth it" chapter

I'm having alot of fun with the game but it seems I'm stuck After the chainsaw part I get to the docks, at which point the chainsaw is dropped and I don't think I can continue. I also can't press ESCAPE for menu at that time. Is this a bug? Am I missing something?...

Kick button is a bad binding

You could have used shift or space, but you used a key that makes me have to take a finger off a movement key. While Im here I might as well say, the backwards walking speed is stupid, it seems like going 1v1 with a guy whos spotted you is a 100% death, and honestly the game just controls like ♥♥♥♥. Seriously wtf is the point of this dumbass slide if it doesn't even do ♥♥♥♥ to the enemies. Plus you kick a door open, and it doesn't even so much as stun the enemy. This stinks....
