Sound problems, Please help
I need help

When I am in the game and just playing.. all is fine. But when I turn on the radio and while I am driving everything is fine too. If I go to the menu, press F1, or turn on any other sound on the computer, I get a ton of static from the radio or other sounds outside of the game. I have the same problem in American and Euro Truck Simulators. PLEASE HELP ME... My ears are bleeding

I did check all the drivers and did full audio check-up. I found nothing.. No programs are working but steam and that happens only when the radio is on in the music. It also happened when I tried to put YouTube in the background.. The YouTube sound was stuttering..

solved.. comp was choosing from 2 sound devices while in game.. between my monitor and my headphones
