FIXED: Windows Creator update breaks IS3 on HP touchscreens

UPDATE: Found in a bug thread that others had gotten this problem in previous windows 10 builds - fix below worked. Odd that it only manifested AFTER the creators update for me, but w/e

right click on game .exe
click properties
Go to compatibility
select "Override high DPI scaling behavoir" and make sure "scaling is performed by" is set to "application"

OLD: Cursor motion is completely broken and drags to the edge of the screen with an HP all in one right after upgrading the creator update. Game is broken.

I've only recently picked up this game and couldnt use the cursor, setting the game compatibility as you mentioned fixes it!
