Crystal Clear quest is bugged?
I have gotten the person, Katarina, to the crystal, and the journal is now telling me to go and meet with her. She has the blue ! above her, and the first time I clicked on her a speech bubble popped up and then immediately disappeared. I can't interact with her at all and the quest log is still telling me to meet with her.

Am I missing something or did something go wrong with the quest when I first spoke to her and its now dead in the water?

Sounds like something went wrong. I'll spoil that she wants you to grab a handful (around 10) of large crystals from the nearby enemies. Maybe you'll get lucky and that'll fix it.

The fact that you can't interact with her sounds like a bug for sure. Try restarting the game and see if that lets you talk to her again! Just gathering the crystals isn't enough if you aren't on the correct part of the quest, sadly!

Completely restarting the game fixed the issue thanks. I'd only tried leaving the area and returning.
