Crash game UNITY 2022.3.67f2

Hi everyone, I have a problem. Every 10 minutes or so, the game freezes and crashes. I have to restart the game to play again, and it keeps happening over and over again. Has anyone else had this problem and know how to fix it? When the game freezes, a white square appears with the text "Age of Water - Unity 2022.3.67f2_6bedba8691df" in it.

Help!

I checked the player.log and it says something like this:

Maybe you have too low RAM or GPU RAM, and check your temperatures of GPU.

cpu: Amd ryzen 7 9800x3d
Ram: 32 gb 6000
Memory 2,27tb
and temp gpu and cpu is max on 75

Check your RAM - maybe its faulty.
Check the temps - maybe some hardware are overheating.
