I feel stuck in the game now

I'm trying to do the Manager for the Base quest done and it's now says to hire a 4th sailor and find the sage but can't find them and nothing on map.
I got another quest to rescue Shaya who was kidnapped but I don't stand a chance against their strong hold right now.
Another quest I'm stuck on is currently telling me to find out who is the smartest but nothing on map for that either.

Any advice? I tried looking about online but no luck

you need to recue the shark girl ... that is probably where you stuck ... is a little hard but not impossible if you need me to help you clear it just look me up ... I am Locuz in game as well ... i should realy make a guide LOL i carried 3 people trought hat quest yeterday

Yes, you need to complete thus Shaya quest to get a new member. Shoot enemies on the wall from the distance, then torpedo launchers at the gates (they wont even fire from the distance), then destroy the gates, and clear inside moving in carefully

take rocket launcher, it pretty much outrange base defense and u can clear it easly

Thanks, I managed to rescue her. I tried keeping my distance so I was only fighting 2 or 3 at once
