new idea for the devs ( required lvl 60+ )

the game can easily develop texas holdem tournaments in the chasm bar for medallions or non tournaments but just amongst players or against the npc for medallions

to give an insentive for players to get more exp and not quit the game so easy , i recomend lvl of entrance 60+
