how do i get the abrams turret base?

Not sure but there is a tank structure available in the store. Could that be it? No stats shown on the store item so I hesitate to buy it.

So far it seems that you can receive two turrets:

1) Dredge one after saving prisoners in Shark city.

2) As reward for late endgame quest (still figuring this out)

Reward from one of the ending, or near end main story quests.

so the first bonus is damage the second is reload speed and third is ammo capacity
