RNG on item creation needs to be looked at.

It feels pretty awful to spend the time getting the parts together to make tier 4-5 items just for them to roll stats so low that previous tier is actually better.

Stats should always meet the minimum that they say they are going to be:

IE a T5 Radioisotope Generator should at a MINIMUM be 50 power not roll a 39 or 37. That's really BS to grind all of those mats just to be screwed out of the item completely. You don't get much in the way of mats breaking it down so its a complete LOSS. Add rolls for bonus to that not a roll to take it below.

Honestly with how few players this game has you guys really need to make it more player friendly and less time wasting, you guys always seem intent on wasting players time. Between things like this and Chasm wasting our time for no reason its becoming harder and harder to justify spending more time on this game when there's so many begging for attention.

I agree, the swings on the RNG, particular in the low direction is extreme. And I am still in T2/T3 water.

One of many ways Gaijin forces the devs to falsely inflate game play time. Forcing you to farm millions of resources to craft hundreds of the same item in hopes of getting something useful.
