Still the Discord Community is very active and helpful. There are some missions that require a group and there are always people around on Discord willing to help. Of course you can solo these a few have but they are extremely hard solo.
I too am a PVE player with nearly no interest in PVP. If you do not mind EARNING your way through a game you will like this one. If you are looking for full time combat this may not be what you want. Try it and find out but push through the prologue so you can get a real world feel of the game. Can always restart from main menu to get more time to enjoy that part.
That start though does a pretty good job of teaching the very basics.
the players in the enemy faction will have a red ball tag and mostly will attack u on sight
u can hover over the faction info to see who they enemy to and only these enemy players can attack u not other factions and never looner which is only pure pve
i like this faction pvp idea very much u encounter sometimes a enemy player and have fun pvp win or loose not these nerdy stalkers that always teleport and follow u like in the game "skull & bones" (really its horrible how is pvp there)
but in age of water it is really nice done and a players choice without needy stalks and nerds
