Account frozen

I just bought the game, and when i went to start just gives me an error that my account is frozen. I sent a support ticket and im stuck waiting. is there any faster way

I would hit the devs directly on the game's discord server or their website.

Discord, post in support. One of the game mods responded to something last night so they're still around

Dear Player, we have unfrozen your account, you should be able to play now. Another employee will contact you later with additional info

The thing is, a few years ago, you locked your account in one of the games by using a link in an email. This account is linked to your Steam account for the Age of Water. Now you can log in and start your adventure. Enjoy your game!
