boosted motors mission is blocked
I can not finish the boosted motors mission. Sue is not at the Flowerbed. She is out, and I dont know where to find her.

Most likely she is "out" because one of your main missions.

Happened to me too. You have to continue the silver fleet mission line.

i have EVERYTHING completed in the boat upgrades ECEEPT the boosted motor. i have killed over 50 ships including curriers and jet skis. ive been unable to SOLVE this crap in 11 days of trying. the only quests i have are pvp that i hate and stupidly accepted. and one where you need 900 ropes that cant be made until you finish the boats quest. if it isnt a flaw or defect it isnt possible to complete the quest without divide intervention. im beginning to regret ever paying for the game....

Do you have any quests left to do? Most of the time quests get blocked by other quests and the game doesn't tell you

Yeah make sure to do all the quests you can. One innocuous looking quest can block your progression.
