Possibly Worst Game on the Market?

Insane difficulty (not difficult - impossible) from beginning to end. Absolutely moronic material requirements. Bosses you literally can't kill (hi, Jared). "Get a better hull" - okay, how when all the better ones can sink mine in two seconds? "Get better weapons" - okay, by farming for 12 hours a day for 6 months? Hard pass - I play video games to relax, not have a full time job. You cannot progress without an absolutely ludicrous number of crafting materials that every one is fighting over, so you're dealing with terrible respawn rates AND a dozen other players ramming into your ship to move you out of the way. Cool.

SPEAKING OF respawn rates - what effing MORON decided that each squad of enemy ships should just spawn infinitely one right after another ??? Cool! So I've got a dozen players ramming into me, the same 12 enemies I LITERALLY JUST KILLED respawning over and over and over, and the materials I need 1239023474 of are giving me 8-10 every hour. COOL!

I dont think so. When i got to that save bertha part, and kept getting slaughtered. i just put 4 shotguns on and went close and jared, shot out his healing green fog device, and was pretty simple. and ive got the game beat in less than a month playing. Maybe you just had bad luck. And once you find out mining zones it becomes faster and more automatic. The game still needs its refinements but i think its pretty damn good.

We took the green thing out and they repaired it almost immediately. Went from 45% back up to 80% in seconds. Imbecilic fight

Tell me you don't understand anything about the game without telling me you don't understand anything about the game...

Learn kill priority and everything is easy to kill. Go dredge for a few minutes and you can keep up with the game progression just fine. Maybe don't run around in a plastic boat with no armor and you'll live longer. Respawns are on a two minute timer PER PLAYER IN THE MAP TILE. So if other players are in the tile they may spawn enemies as well. Don't move down the boundary between tiles or you'll spawn both. Considering most enemies spawned this way are cannon fodder for farming, and die in a few shots with tier 1 guns, I don't know what to tell you if it bothers you.

I have a t4 hull, t4 weapons, 9 total crew, and only 4 more t5 researches to complete. I DID “learn the game” before complaining about it, and wholeheartedly stand by my complaints.

Yeah man Idk I play solo and T4 like you and I have zero issues. I dredge for like an hour then you got enough to do whatever you want. Only time I get sunk is when I make a mistake, def not the worst game but Its frustrating at times for sure.

Honestly a machine gun boat used for boarding seems the fastest way to get resources 1 hour of boarding t4-t5 boats can net so much salvage it can sink you if your not careful.

Combine it with the head hunter mission to sink pirates and its decent xp as well. if your in a lower tier boat there are some pirate fleet spawns that are relatively easy and drop lots of medallions.

My only complaints really is resource costs on t-4 and t-5 parts and the massive pita that comes up if some one else has the same mission as you or keeps driving in circles through where your farming.

If your feeling really lazy just make and mount as many grenade launchers as you have crew and go drive around spamming the guns with an auto collector your get thousands of shard teeth, skins and food as well as a few hundred shark parts in an hour plus the salvage from all the junk fleets the grenades will blow up as you go shark fishing

The game "IS" fantastic, but its dead without PVP and just wasting everyone's time gathering resources to build a fighting warship to then move onto another game and forget this

He said learn the game not do the game sigh. I hate people like "I did the stuff!" Ok you did the stuff, but did you learn how stuff works? "Uh well I did it so um yeah um means I know everything now right?" Yeah that is not how it works lol

This is like watching some one hit max level in MMO and go "why I always have trouble why game so hard I am max level now why max level content so hard!" Because you never learned what the hell you are doing, and just got to max level... Knowledge isn't a participation trophy you can be doing something for 40 years of you life wrong whole damn time and it "works" but you be complaining how hard it is whole time then some one else half you age is on easy mode because they took the time to learn how to do it right sigh.

Its THRIVING with peopel skipping pvp I mean ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ there is 3 things you can get with pvp tokens worth a damn and they won't make you a better player lol They building a fighting worship to FIGHT NPCs not you and it makes you sad and emo lol. Just say you are seal clubber and they refuse to pvp with you lol. I bet you got all shark 5 weapons and are that guy shows up and one shots the caravan and don't get why no one wants to pvp with your ass around lol

this one is my favourite game as well, for several months it was a blast, until i could no longer have the patience to gather about 30k rags i needed to make cloths for my crafts

i use to board mariana boats and get the double shields that would dismantle to cloths but at some point the developing team stopped that and i had no options left but to leave the game

but i am thankfull for the several months almost 6 months of play

if they fix the cloth issue and if they implement the race event , where players gather to race each other with premade boats against obstacles and what not , i will surelly jump on board again cause its still my favourite game

that doesnt mean i didnt have terrible experiences at times , like when overweight i couldnt pick up my loot or my own precious items from my own boat loot crate when messing up the boardings

but its not that terrible experience that much nowadays

consider that in my early days we had to wait a week almost to craft most of the lvl 5 plastic shields we needed for our ship and now it takes seconds

I have had the exact opposite experience with this game. There are some legit issues which I don't believe you have listed one. This mostly seems like poor performance on your part.
