Speedy Caravan Bug?

When trying to complete quest Speedy Ships keep stopping and staying in same spot for no apparent reason. Nudging them with own ship sometimes starts movement again but can sink them as well. Help!!!!!

Same issues here. Have tried nudging them, shooting at them, logging, relogging, translocating and running back. Nothing works. I just sit here staring at them sitting in place indefinitely.
