Getting to the point of deleting this game and leaving a stinking horrible review
Simply because of the overpowered and repetitive spawns that are basically stopping me from being able to play this game.

You go Chem hunting for 600 Chems and then get plugged by a single spawn right under your ship that instantly pops you leaving all your chems in the floating cargo you have no hop in hell of retrieving.

I know it's early access but you guys really do suck at designing a game. It had promise but now this game will forever linger at the bottom of my bad games list.

Such a waste.

(Don't know if you can tell but my decision to abandon this game was made while typing this post)

How about leaving it for now and waiting for updates? There were no major updates yet, it's raw, rough and fresh.

essentially that is what I am doing but in the mean time I have left this as a do not buy review. It's up to them to do something about the game and fix it.

It's a bit of a crappy workaround but basically to recover your stuff, Go towards where your cargo crate is and use up all your energy boosting towards it. Pick it up and quick loot it using E then the second you have it exit back to menu.
Log back in and the second the screen loads in, hit the fast travel menu and press go on whatever one is first. As it doesn't count you as being in combat for about 10-15 seconds after logging in, even if you are shot at.

I've had it on several occasions that you would get stuck in a spawn of ships that are way too powerful for your current ship, and this was the only way to retrieve my stuff.

With this particular location I wouldn't make it anywhere near my dropped cargo 2 T3 torpedo boats and 2 T3 cannon boats are right on top of it. I tried what you suggested before I wrote this and I don't last long enough with my T1 ship

What you can do is set it so your crews are set to repair your hull on auto repair in-battle to always repair. And set your crew members to while in battle aren't always on duty, have 2 or three of them set to able to repair in their preferences settings while in battle.

This way the second you take damage they are instantly repairing. It'll keep you alive long enough to boost in and grab your stuff. But repairing 75-100 is expensive, so turn it back down to 25-50 for regular fighting. You'll notice your survival rate is significantly higher.

There are a lot of little niche things that the game doesn't tell you anything about that vastly improve your ability to stay in a fight

You need to read what I typed but I guess you can skip all that if you like this game I'd expect as much.

You know what? If this thread was by literally anyone else, I'd probably be sympathetic and say something like "Oh, wow. Yeah, that sucks, I get why your desire to play the game is gone."

But you, Cristari, have been very prominently present in literally every thread that has anything negative to say about the game since pretty much day one, complaining about absolutely everything, including one or two complaints in different threads that literally contradicted each other.

So... Don't let the door hit your #ss on the way out.

Same too me right , This game is so boring and crap , I play today 10 hours of farming Waste and other materials, i kill dozens of enemys but the kill me more then i can repair my boat. I drive on the map from blue to lila sqare and then 10 Enemys spawn dierect from the water and kill me, i would take my cargo back but i was killed and killed and killed from the same fleet . They drive not away they camp there and my cargo OMG i am at 180. In my last take up my cargo there are two enemys spawn before the fleet comes i drive to my cargo and take it and then i drive fast away but then my energy was empty . my cannons need energy and when you die the energy is empty and goes faster empty as you say piep. The batteries have all the same charge and discharge time , the medium too as the small batterie ... and the missions dont give enough money and Exp this is crap too . I dont know how much longer i can stand this before i delete it .

Why in a T1 ship still ?
T2 torpedo boats so easy o disable mist times will see them just floating around with no crew for anyone to capture.
And it takes 5 mins after launching a very basic t1 ship to cap a fresh one anyway - they are super fast and simple to disable.

Likewise the T3 trawler hull.

And yet to lose entire cargo - even getting jumped by full T5 patrols - always a way back in -- holding emergency repair means you can last for a long time - even when getting hammered.
