how to get lin ?

i see in the achievement we can get lin i finished all quest of diplomate and i dont get lin how ??

it's not diplomate quest, you can get it from near location, on russian it's name is Puppet House (Кукольный дом)

yeah im stuck at meet her at the cave, but no idea where it is , when i visit the chasm when i talk to her no option to give her a doll, guess ill try do the pvp optional mission that gets offerd , done to see if i can progress with her

There is 3 locations at the chasm, daytime is ambassador and nighttime is the club that Lin hangs out in (quest wise). There is also a bank but its mainly there for 1 side quest from a dif npc.

After you give her the doll and when you can also do the bank battle for the other girl called All in it says recruit Lin, and at night she's not in the cave club so where is she?

check puppet theater, ambassador's place, nightclub, unless you have another quest blocking it she should be in one of those places. At the very end you pick her up from the dragon
