Establish contact with local resistance

i need to make a prioritary mission : explore a secret site of advent, but... the mission is locked, because i need, before, to have contact with local resistance, and, i'm pretty sure it will be evident when i will finally find how, but, at this moment i don't find how, i'm angry! did i give you all the elements for you to understand my problem and give me the solution, please? :)

research something like resistance contact and radio. What you are looking for is a story related research.

Just for future reference, in the "Commander's Room" on the Avenger you can get more detail on storyline objectives and sub-steps. It will explicitly mention the need to research Resistance Communications, and then contact the region, before assaulting the first Black Site for example.

Also, any research you need to advance story objectives will have a star by it. You don't necessarily have to rush these, though, the "urgency" is really just for story effect and is not truly enforced by the game until the Avatar counter gets filled. Take the time to advance your armor and weapons tech

But it has been re-opened by a new player experiencing the same sort of issue. Who feels the information originally provided was inadequate so why not respond to it?
