there is a mod to mute her on gamebanana and nexus mods. simply called Mute gallica.

Explain to me then how should I shut her up when I go to a dungeon in bad weather to get more exp and hit enemies' weaknesses after which Gallica almost always goes "BUT I THOUGHT YOU HIT IT'S WEAKNESS"? That's the literal mechanic of bad weather that you don't get extra moves, maybe she should learn how the game works. Literally I would just grab her and snap her in half.
