Indy acts too nice, needy, and desperate towards the women compared to the Steven Spielberg movies. Almost to the level of, "you want a foot rub honey, are you okay?". Indy is suppose to be rough around the edges and telling people to be quiet or hurry up.

Indy speaks like an arrogant idiot in several conversations with Gina. I don't see anything 'woke' in his role or in the game.
Having a lesbian character doesn't make a game woke, but realistic.

Gina sometimes appears submissive to me, what I don't like. But it's ok.

It's true, but doing it systematically for the main characters in AAA games when LGBT people only represent 9% of the world's population becomes unrealistic. By trying too hard to force changes in mentality through games, movies, etc., they are going to alienate people and it will come back to bite them, you'll see... and personally, I find it a shame because it's a just cause but defended in a much too confrontational way.

personally, I found the female NPCs to be very close to the archetype portrayed in the movies.
I've only made it to the Himalayas and lesbian is only inferred, but I'm down to some good old fashioned scissoring later on in the game.

Reviews say its slight but still have th the lgt+ for no reason. But more than anything game looks bad. Like basic stuff you can't reload your guns? Can't use ladder with your gun? You can whip the npcs and they do nothing. Stay away from it wait for it to go for 3 dollars.

I don't know how old you are, but once you get over the awkwardness of talking about desires / dating / sex / etc it becomes nearly trivial to just have casual sex if you're in a larger city, if you want to. Independent of personal desires. And beyond a certain age you know that the people you talk to are likewise not bothered by openly discussing desires and needs first.

It's different when you looking for romance of course.

Brother, if you need the man to be the smartest character in the room or you think the sheer existence of lesbians is woke then I think you may be the sexist you probably pretend not to be. Indy never comes off as stupid in this game. At worst he is sometimes the butt of a joke. Oh no, I can't clutch my pearls any harder.

You criticize mary sues (Not woke, just a bad writing trope) but it sounds like you expect Indy to be the male version of that?
