stuck in the Game Room Puzzle

after you defeat the big snake you enter a room and do a little quick easy ish puzzle but to do this you need all 6 yes 6 pieces to complete this, yet every time i log in no matter if i refresh the save or gaming laptop i dont have all the pieces , only 5...that 1 is no where to be found. I google this and its a bug and till you complete this puzzle theres no way forward.

if theres a fox please help i havent fore a couple a weeks now as i no i'll be hugely disappointing to go on and find nothing has changed ...and i cant go anywhere.....

please fix!!!!!
