the game can only cause a C2D, crash to Desktop.
1. Backup & Remove the Saved Files
2. Update the (GPU) Graphics Driver
3. Stop System Antivirus & Firewall
4. Optimize the Memory of your PC
5. Verify the Integrity of Game Files
6. Reinstall Supermarket Simulator
7. Update your Computer’s System

Those are common solutions, but for me, it turns out that the firewall was simply blocking the game. I've allowed SMSM through and it fixed the crashing.
