Am I able to use the models in applications outside of gameguru with the same royalty-free commercial licence?

Aslong as the models you get allow you to use them, I don't see why you can';t use them in GameGuru. :)

You can use Game Guru assets in other software/languages to make games under the same licensing. Your main restriction is that you can't use them to make another game making software or open source projects.

Or model collections and other stores naturally, but if you are making a game and want assets you are free to use the game making assets you get from us for this purpose no problem.
