Connection to the host has been lost

Hello,

Trying to join a friend, he used the solo/friend option when setting up the server. No rented server. When trying to join I only get the error message ''Connection to the host has been lost''. Another friend manage to join him just fine.

Any idea what might cause this?

I am running an Ethernet and getting the same error

same here, we are 4 friends. Me (with a connection of 10gb) and another friend, with the same ISP as myself, can't play togehter. We had to make another one of us, with a bad connection and another ISP, to host. Otherwise we cannot join or host eachother. We often play toghether and we don't have problems when I host a game.

same problem, connecting to Ethernet worked for a few hours but logged out and back on and now seeing the issue again.

Also same here. Tried with and without VPN (different endpoints). Tried with multiple different people across my country with different ISPs.

I know this is EA so we will wait until this is fixed and\or my game server provider is adding this game.

I also had the same problem. I solved the problem by updating the router firmware.
