Encountered my first bug

So this is in the level debut, i stealthed 2 guards then got cought by the 3rd, and then the game just continued running with wierd sounds and no ability to press any button.

My configuration is this :

Intel core i3 3240 3.40 ghz ivy bridge
Geforce gtx 760
8gb ddr3 ram
Windows 7 premium family

All drivers including sound are to date.
