SOLVED: Ubuntu, game crashes to desktop.

AMD A6-3400
VESA:SUMO
64 bit
Ubuntu 14.03
switchable graphics
amd radeon 6520g

Game crashes after character setup and intro video.

That is weird. What graphic driver are you using? And could you please send us a bug-report ingame by pressing F4?

Sorry this took so long, I forgot that I posted on this forum. I was using the ubuntu jockey fglrx 15.2 driver. I have since updated to the 15.9 driver from amd's website and that has fixed the issue with this game and many others in my collection. Thank you for your response, and again I am very sorry for the late response from myself.
