Add a way to skip the pre-menu intro

It's possible to skip the part of the intro after starting a new game, but not the intro that appears before the menu, which soon gets annoying when you die as easily as I do. :) A way of skipping that part too would be appreciated, or alternatively, a 'retry' button on the Game Over screen.

Cool, I'd like this too.

Also would be nice is a quick "Restart game" option from the Pause menu. (Hold Y to restarts for example in addition to the Hold Back to exit to Main Menu). That way if you mess up while going for a High Score, you wouldn't need to go to the Main Menu.
