New computer and WoG save

I'm getting a new computer in the coming months and I was wondering, would I have to start over when I install WoG onto my new computer or if I can resume with all my stuff and unlocks?

Your account is on their server, nothing is local but the game files.

Is this info from 2015 still valid? I played the game a little on my desktop. Few days later I installed on my laptop and it launches with tutorial and no progress. How to sync?

Did you tried to run the game on desktop again? What about progress there?

I did and desktop progress is fine. Is the progress saved is steam cloud or another server? Because I checked steam settings for this game and under steam cloud it says 'stored 0 bytes'. What else I can check or try?

Progress saved on developers server.

Open console by pressing "~" and type server command. You should see server url.

Ok, so. On desktop the server is eu1. On laptop eu2. How to change to eu1?

They should be the same for one steam account. You can't change it.

You can try to remove everything from this location in registry on your laptop. Maybe this helps. But be careful.

So, I removed registry key you provided on my laptop. Still EU2. I tried with another PC. Installed fresh steam and WOG. And EU2 as well. This suggests that I'm gonna lose my desktop progress once I'll reinstall or change my PC, or something. :/
After game is launched, one of the top logs in console says "Server URL from cache <url_here>". Is it possible to access that cache and change url by myself?

Try also removing files in this directory. It should be in your AppData directory.

Remove this files and clean registry, then try to start WOG.

You can't change files. They are encoded/encrypted. Also you can't move them from another PC.

If this not helps, just wait for developers reply. They should fix this for you.

It didn't help as well. But thank you for help ArielSan. So, is any dev about to reply here? Or I need to contact them directly? I was looking for contact options but it led me back here to community discussions. :D
