Following is the text from the "details" I wrote for the picture; it's long, but explains the point well:
___
The first 6 steps, Color Coated:
Pink = Magazine = Step 1
Teal = Trigger Housing = Step 2
Red = Receiver = Step 3
Blue = Piston Spring = Step 4
Green = Piston Rod = Step 5
Yellow = Bolt = Step 6
NOTE: This is the first six steps to disassembly, as well as the full process required to Field Strip an M14 rifle; this current process is not featured in game. My artwork is to convey what it should look like.
This is the proper method to BEGIN disassembly/fieldstrip of the M14 Rifle, as shown in this video:

___
The current method featured in game (shown here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xeVxAEWRJ08&t=61s, current as of 7/13/21) is incorrect, in that it convolutes / over-complicates the process by making the removal of the receiver the ~15th step in the process; this is a problem because you are required to disassemble the barrel before you can even remove the receiver from the stock... Something that, as you can tell from videos, is as easy as turning the gun upside down as soon as you pop out the trigger housing. Nobody needs to disassemble the barrel to do that.
Additionally, the field strip process is actually OVERsimplified in game; where you remove the magazine and the trigger housing and that's it.
As a disclaimer - I am not an M14 fanboy, these things are a pain in the A.. to disassemble, when compared to other same-era platforms such as the AR-10, HK G3 or FN FAL, and I just don't care for it in general. Having the shortest lived service history is quite an achievement.
Still, details and actual operation are important, and the way the M14 is portrayed in game is actually less intuitive than it is in real life... Which, given that you have to play Tetris with it to get the piston rod and bolt in or out IRL, is saying something...
Yes you are right here. The only thing we released that model when we didn't have enough experience.. So to make it possible to do disassembly in a right way we should rework all the mode.....we cant do it now
