I have to wonder why they felt like replacing male / female with body 1 and 2, given how supposedly NPC's will still say "he" or "she" in-game.

Yeah.

Race and gender dependent.

e.g., an Argonian female had more Intelligence and Willpower. An Argonian male had more Agility and Speed.

Or a Khajiit male had more Strength. A Khajiit female had more Endurance.

Its the other way around, if no one cares then why was there an effort to make the change ?

Nonbinary is anti-scientific. If someone like to eat ♥♥♥♥ than other shoudn't be forced to do the same. I don't want marginal woke language in my game.
