I just read the article "The Best Video Games of 2015" by Simon Parkin at Newyorker.com. "Darkest Dungeon" is his number 10! And in parenthesis it mentioned Linux as a supported platform. I thought: Yes! Finally!

But alas…

Linux support is still planned, but it won't be till post launch. We know of players using WINE to get it to run currently. We know how much you all want it, and we also know how chill linux users are, but we will get it out there for you all eventually.

Great! Please (if at all possible) make it soonish.

Honestly I've been checking the store page almost daily, just on the off chanse that the kickstarter statement: "We are considering Linux for Early Access but cannot confirm it at this point." would bear fruit.

I'd gladly appreciate Linux support as well, without any complains with it being after release. It is not a small thing despite what people often think.
