How to roll-back hotfix?

Game was running great yesterday, today unplayable. Is there a way to roll back the hotfix?

AMD Radeon 580, OC'd i5

Constant stutter, even on the world map. More stutter in battles, makes it unplayable. Stutter not reflected in FPS as I am getting ~100 FPS.

Stutter seems to be tied to character animations.
