Buy products, Inventory UI bug

Not sure if it's just me who has this bug but when I open Buy products tab in any town it looks completely like mess in UI

Tried but still the same problem, even when I change resolution
The bug also appears in Inventory tab and it's really annoying me

Do you have any mods installed? Can you check if this happens on a new campaign?

I don't have any mods installed and it also happens in new campaign!
