Is the framerate capped at 30? How do you remove it?

Hi, does the steam version have a capped framerate? If so, how do you remove it? This would probably also help those who own a retail copy like me.

I might be shot for saying this, but do we really need it to run at 60FPS, its not like the game is running slow on 30FPS so there really is no issues.

Whenever I play a game at 30fps it hurts my eyes and I feel like it's stuttering.

Well since the game was made to run at 30FPS, based on what I experience with emulators and forcing a frame rate it would make it run faster if you upped the frames(I think)
I mean, would the game even be playable on speed?

Do not misunderstand, I don't mean that the game would not be nice at 60FPS, its just im pretty sure back then 30FPS was the norm and since this is a port and not a remake I just don't see the things working out well if your forced it to go 60FPS.

This is why some games need to use fixed update rates for physics and movement and such.

(Sorry for my english)You can play 60 frames per second, but you need Dolphin emulator . This game runs in 60fps on console gamecube. P.s Ps2 framerate 30, gamecube 60, PSP 20, PC 30 (ps2 port)
