yes, it works.
not for me, i get blackscreened.. no way of setting up the game :-/
I just bought it and it works fine for me on Win7 64bit.
Works for me and I have Windows 8.1 64-bit. So I'd expect it to work on Windows 7 aswell. :p
i got a blackscreen after start too :(
make sure you are not dual monitoring. same thing happened to me but now mine just crashed for no reason lol
doesn't work for me, went screen black and then I couldn't get back to screen properties to reset the resolution.

Yes
can I just turn off the second monitor before I start the game or do I have to disable it in windows. Either way I think steam needs to warn people in the system requirements, but if only the second method works, I want my money back.
i disabled dual monitors in my graphic cards control panel, then i set my resolution how i wanted in the game, re-enabled dual monitors and now there's no problem with the game starting with a black screen

In Windows 7, to disable multimonitor - hit Win-P and set to "Computer Only". To put it back - Win-P set to "Extend".
morgasm69uk, that doesn't work. At least not on windows 7 64 when you are using a 1080p monitor. I set the screens to computer only useing BuBBy's method (thanks), and was able to get the game open and set the resolution as high as it would go. quit the game, re-enabled dual monitors and opened the game again, same black screen and had to kill the game in task manager.

So, if you like playing games like this for the graphics, then maybe this game isn't for you... but if you want to have both monitors on and the game full screened on your HD TV, put the video settings on your TV to 800x600 resolution and presto, you have both screens on and the game is fullscreened no fuss no muss. Course it's gonna look like it belongs on a PS2... because it does... and that's not a reason you should buy this game this far after release.

This got rid of my black screen problem. Figured it out when my TV said it was switching to 800x600 before it went black so I did it manually under the control panel. Hope it helps!
worked for me with ♥♥♥♥♥♥ windows 8.1 so it should deffinetly work for windows 7.
