Embers of Rage is more expensive than Tales of Maj'Eyal Volumes I - III
I think it is not fair to your old customers.

I am missing only the last DLC, and since the latter is not a bundle that allows me to complete the series, I am missing a good deal.

EDIT: Apparently, the title is only true for some currencies.

the dlc is literally 4 dollars. The time you spent ♥♥♥♥♥ing is probably enough time to go mow your neighbor's lawn for 5 dollars.

While the tone might have been a bit aggressive, he has a point.

Not only is it ridiculous to compare the bundle price for some old predecessors to a pretty new content update for the modern version, but also TOME and its addons are very reasonably priced. And to top it all of 90% of the base game is free if you are so inclined - I have yet to see a demo of that quality level on other games ;)

oh boohoo the game developer who allows everyone to play 95% of his game for free, and dares to charge less than a third of what normal expansions cost. WHAT MONSTROSITY!!! WE MUST TAKE UP ARMS AND FIGHT THIS OPPRESSION!!!

No, Cabrony. You won't get gift copies from most bundles.

This is not even what I am criticizing. Learn to read before being a proper fanboy. This way you and your opinion are both useless.

You do know that the bundle also includes the last dlc, right? Most roguelikes are free including TOME, not "reasonably priced". The way I see this, this wrong pricing method punishes early supporters, since they would not lose anything contentwise if they had just used the free version to wait for any upcoming dlcs. As Cabrony said, you cant even gift the additional copies to your friends, which would be pretty okay for both the player, and for community triving.

Instead, they picked the "last one to arrives wins" approach which I personally hate.

PS: In the post I already said that I have both the base game and the minor DLC, I dont know why everyone here replies me without reading the original post.

If you're buying Steam games before they're on sale it is your mistake not the dev's (and tome has been on sale many times before)

This is not even remotely related to my point.

It's not enough that I win, everyone else must lose!

Calm down. It is the only way to support the developers. Waiting for discount is a good choice, isn't it?

With new bundle system, you can grab bundle, and price will be change, based on number of items, you already own (e.g, for example, if you wanna grab valve bundle, but already own cs:go - it will be cheaper, than if you will buy bundle to new account). Except for situations, when bundles are avalaible to buy only as they are (e.g "grab all items or gtfo"). But buy button for such bundles wont work anyway, if you already own some items from them.

And yeah - orcs are ,pre expensive, coz they are new. Thats obvious. When devs will release new dlc, orc will become way cheaper

Honestly I doubt the price will change. I don't think Ashes dropped at all when Embers was released. Embers price can be best explained by the amount of content it adds. It's more or less a whole new game (until you realize EoR campaign sucks).

nah, I meant not price, but amount of discount on sales

No, quite clearly you do not.
