Character Locked in place

I had just finished kicking the but out of the boss in the spellblaze scar and tried to rod of recall out when I was frozen in place, I couldn't use any spells/skills except the rod of recall, which would continously fail and leave me locked in the same spot on the scars level 2 map. I tried loading, reloading, exiting steam, the game etc. Finally used console to warp my character to assasin lord (I tried last hope but didnt knowe the code so used the example provided on the wiki.)

This worked.

but now my legitimate level 27 is invalidated? Total suck-age-fest

Also, during the bug time continued to pass strangely, like the screen would flash and every flash would correspong to a pop up saying the next day time 000 etc until a year must have passed.

Is it possible you took lethal damage when it happened? And you were not encumbered?

definitely no chance of lethal damage, and after 'cheating' I was able to move fine. Keep in mind I couldn't use any skills except the rod of recall and that did not teleport anywhere.

It kind of felt like being stuck in place on the worldmap when my screen was showing the spellblaze scar. I had several addons - Zomnibus on.
