Description: I moved the train to the top of the Level right below the piece of the medalion. The Game apeared like frozen - couldn't move in any direction
I got frustrated, saved the game and quit.
Now when I start the Game and wanna go on loading the file - the screen turns black for a second and I get right back in the main Menue

Same bug I reported last patch is still going on. Violett is stuck and won't move, nor activate any item. The hint hightlights the square stone/switch on the left of her, but pressing/moving it has no effect, and none of my inventory items interact with it. Same with the tower above, none of the cylinders will move.

This game ran beautifully until your last up date,now she freeze's on the spot some time's, now I'm stuck in the library she run's on the spot and turn's page's but wont go down ladder or walk toward's rainbow WHY ,I've been escaping and replaying that worked but this time it has'nt,I'll try again. I have A laptop i5 nvidia geforce 520m and it worked fine before,just want to look for my last few orbs for my last Acheivement,not sure if I'll get them,don't now if I want to play a third time just to get it,I'll have to start all over again. ( P.S) I put a picture up for you to check if you like. HELP PLEASE

Just tryed shut down game, reboot game and not helping Violett is still stuck in the book area,I've sent up screen shot's for you, in the public section, hope you can fix this for us ,your last update did this,was working fine for me before.Now I'll have to start all over again a 4th time through just to get my last Acheivement and not sure if I will,I want too but this buggy thing has stoped me,never had this before only slowness or lagging if that's what it's called,hope you can help. I'ts a nice little game and I enjoyed playing it Thankyou.

I have this same problem. Im almost finished the game and was looking for the last few gems. I returned to the library and climbed up on top of the blocks. Now I cant get onto the ladder that leads to the rainbow and I cant climb back down off the blocks to the exit. Violett just walks in place. @Zowieanna: Im going to see if I can find your screen shot because Im sure we are stuck in the same spot

Thank's for the response @Mandrake42 . I really like this game not sure why,maybe the art and colours,and I like searching for hidden objects in game's,also it's good for using the brain to make us think and a game can't be to easy as this would not be fun really,but to difficult is no fun niether so people quit the game, also the time it take's in a game does not matter,but now I've noticed they added 3 more acheivements, now I've got something to keep me really busy with,thats only if they have fixed the bug's from the last update ,which I have not checked yet,I will when I'm in the right mood for it though,I just hope they did not add some more bug's with those new Acheivement's, or I'll be very disapointed with the developer's as this is a nice little game in my oppinion anyway. Hope they fixed your issue with the game, OH and mine,and anyone else for that matter OK Goodluck with it OK

The 'Sherlock Holmes'-Achievement does not unlock. I started a new game after the patch and finished it, unlocking two of the three new achievements. However, the 'Sherlock Holmes'-Achievement did not, even though I did not use any hints (I had them disabled).

Also (rather unimportant), in the Garden, if one has obtained the Air power and picked up the fishing rod, one can fly to the small rock and use the fishing rod on the reed plant from this position. I don't really think this is intended.

Thank you for your response @Helena Ein. I saw your screen shot, and that is were the problem for me was,all I was doing was doubling back to try and search for my last few orb's before the end part and instead of walking to the rainbow and up it she was going up the book,and would not walk anyware else nor go down the ladder,I feel there last update did this to me,cause this did not happen before well for me anyway,also I have had violett frozen at time's while moving the page's and giving the bug's lolly's ,I just exit not quit game and return ,this seemed to help for this problem,I think the developer's just have to try and work out what program or issue is causing these problem's and rectify them. This is a nice game well I think so anyway,I've played many hour's on and off, I've finish it twice but the third time caused all the problem's,when I'm in the mood given time, I'll try the game again,to see if any change. If you did have problem with the train section,if possible could you explain it as best you can the problem in this section,so the developer's can see it,as if we dont tell them they wont no what's been happening,and therefore can't fix it.( And I want them to fix all the issue's ,that the game has.) OR I'll be very This game deserve's this chance as with any other game. Please your english was fine OK. And my advise to you would be if you like just take a break from the game as I alway's do ,then go back to it when in the mood or ready too,but that's up to you OK GOOD LUCK

Same problem here , after multiple re-plays i found a solution.
I solved it by making the ice-bridge first and walked up as far as i could.
After that the rainbow.
Worked for me, give it a go.

Thank's @Bushfire Moon.But I always have made the ice bridge first never the other way round,sorry to tell you that OK. I now have a new computer with better graphic's and and i7 intel core with window's 8.1,and it should be a lot better,but I played it yesterday and it seemed to run smoothly and then the computer crashed, it recommend sending crash code to developer,so If it happen's again I'll have to send it, So or now I'll just keep trying to play the game anyway and thank's for your response apprieciate it OK

I really enjoyed my first playthough of the game, but the bugs are a little tedious; I hit both the cork and the pearl bugs my first time through. I hope this gets resolved.

I'm sorry to say it casounds but it's not a bug. Your computer is just way too weak to run Violett. You should ask Steam for a refund.
