Need extra box?

I feel like a total loser.
I completed all green and yellow puzzles in area A. But as I go into area B I feel like I can't even do the first one. Am I supposed to be able to carry a box or a connector around with me in my inventory? I "unlocked" the box and connector in Hall A but don't have access to them?

There's no inventory, you carry items with your hands one thing at a time.

approach an item box or connector and click on it to carry somewhere else and click again to release the item. the same as you did with the jammer. As you are saying, you have unlocked the items, they should be greyed out anymore.

Which B puzzle are you stuck on?

You unlocked them so they will now be present in each puzzle room. For normal puzzles you will have all the tools you need.
