Sector A, Room 3 - The Clock Puzzle and the Missing Star
I love this game, I really do. I started to play it months ago but stopped to play other things, now I'm back at it again and deleted my save to start a new game. I don't like spoilers or walkthroughs during my 1st playthough, so I'm solving all puzzles by myself so far.

I'm almost finishing Sector A and managed to get every sigil and star, except from Room 3. There are 2 stars in this room and I can't find the last one. I messed with the clock in several ways but I can't understand its purpose. I even used my cell QR Reader app on the QR Code on the back of the clock.

THE EAGLE HAS LANDED 31 39 36 39 2f 30 37 2f 32 20 20 32 30 3a 31 38 Now is the time of tranquility, and I shall rest and observe the Earth.

I don't think this a clue about the clock puzzle. If it is, I didn't get it. I'm also pretty sure the last star isn't in the puzzle arenas, I aready found one star in one of 'em. Could you guys at least give me a clue? It's driving me nuts lol

Incremental hints, you probably only need to read the first part, but here's the whole thing in case you get stuck.
31 39 36 39 2f 30 37 2f 32 30 20 20 32 30 3a 31 38
Q: Do you know what "language" this part is?
A: They're hexadecimal characters. Decode what they say in any "hex to string converter" you can find online
Q: Do you know what it represents?
Hint: The rest of the text is a clue
A: Date and time of the first moon landing
Q: So how do you use it?
Hint: The thing around it is a clock...
Hint: ...so where would its hands be at the time of the first moon landing?
Caveat: 18 has to be converted to the nearest position: 18/60*24 = ...
A: Push buttons XX and VII

That's the only part I read before trying again. You see, I didn't know those number sequences were named hexadecimal characters and that you could translate them. I thought they were just corrupted files, like Milton tells you at the beginning. I converted it and managed to finally solve the puzzle.

Thank you! Now I'm going to translate every single hexadecimal piece I found so far in those files you get at each terminal. It's probably necessary to better understand the storyline.

Actually, as I recall, none of the rest of the messages are especially important or help understanding all that much. They're just in as little bonuses for the people who can/will translate them.
