gives you an extra APR. Are we backstabbing or what? Pure thief? Fighter thief? Would go with scimitar/etc weapon branch.
Spectral Brand works. usuno's blade is +4 but easy-ish to get.
The ideia was to be able to backstab, yes =)
I guess UAI will kill most of the wizard slayer drawbacks.
Checks wiki, yeah its basically a fighter thief Dual with no drawbacks after the UAI. wiki seems to suggest it works with ranged attacks.
There are a host of restricted weapons I like with UAI, but you can only backstab with weapons a thief can use.
still, really recommend a +1 attack weapon like scarlet ninja to, belm, or kundane to help with the Wizard slayer's magical failure abilities.
so sticking with scimitar prof.
Yes, in the EEs, Wizard Slayer's ability works with ranged weapons as well.
Good one! I always hesitate to chose throwing daggers since there's only one really useful one, and you have to continued on the main story arc to get it. But you could bump up daggers, use the Pixie Prick +3 as a BS wep, and then use The Fire Tooth+3 as your main throwing weapon when you engage in the main arc again.
And in the EEs the Wizard Slayer became one of my favorite classes ever. It wasn't so in the old one. I wish in the next patch you guys beef up the Beast Master who seems to be all around lack luster, and the Monks who are fun classes to play in low difficulties settings, but seem to be very inefective in LoB difficulties compared to most other classes. As usual, keep on the good work! You guys are the reason I can't stay away from this game! :)
