right click on the road you want to reverse
It will initially show up red when you go to click on it, but that red is for a left+click upgrade road, not a right+click reverse one way road direction.
It took me a minute to figure it out myself when I first tried it.
So yeah, just right+click it anyway, even though it shows up red and it will change direction just fine for you.
Good luck.

And this mod is very useful for showing where one-way roads are:

ERU mod has been obsolete for quite a while now, as you can do the same with the core game, just click "upgrade" icon and then, instead of leftclick to upgrade, you rightclick to reverse direction.
OWS Arrows is nice, I use it too.
just rightclick on the first road piece and keep pressed, then move cursor to keep reversing if you have several pieces to reverse.
for me, works much better than ERU when it comes to tight spots (under a bridge for example) as with ERU u need to press in the proper spot AND drag into the proper direction, while with the core method you just need press
Thank you! Short and to the point answer....too many people post paragraph responses and are absolutely useless. This is the answer a forum should receive to a direct question. Awesome post!
