Why can't I get people to move to my city? Also why are my industral buildings always being abandoned? Am I the only one who has a ton of abandoned buildings in their cities?
When saving the game, give it a recognisable name and make sure to check the box for 'Use Steam Cloud'. Then post here the name you used and we will be able to find it via the workshop/savegames. Timing is a little off as I'm preparing supper right now and later, after the kids are asleep I'll have time to play. I'll make a mental note to look for it later and see what needs to be done with your map....
Alright let me give it a spin!
Doh I forgot to mention... once you've saved it, open your Content Manager, find the savegame and click 'SHARE', it will then upload it to the Workshop. sorry about that but was busy cooking at the time ;)
You should check all the services availability and the happiness of your people. If happiness is in green and more than 100, people will come. If too expensive, play with the service bar to decrease costs.

How do I find that?
He means adjusting your budget. For example if your city only needs water at 80%, then there's no need to pay to supply it at 100%. Again, there shouldn't be any need to fiddle with the budget, although it is a better way to gain a little more income than fiddle with taxes as long as you remember to monitor it closely.
