... because it let's you see clearly the angles of roards you're building.
But for a no hassle, instant method, you'd need this one...

does it generate money? xD
It helps alleviate traffic congestion in intersections that have moderately heavy traffic. The downside of the roundabouts is that they take up space and they only displace (relocate) the traffic congestion. In real life they are a headache for drivers.
Thank you for help.
The roundabout builder is bad for me, I can't use it. Whenever I want to build one I can't match it to the crossroads(like the grid is different) or when I make one everything feels broken, like grass is there, road is isnt properly build etc.
First, I was referring mostly to the game. Second, small roundabouts still take up space - and likely unnecessarily. That's because if the traffic is light in an intersection the roundabout isn't needed.
And to be fair the Welcome Rotonda in Manila-Quezon City is on a main road with (what looks like) 2 small side streets and 1 slightly larger road connecting to it. It also, on Google Maps, looks like the circle is broken by barriers so it isn't a true roundabout.
Probably the best thing to do is go into the asset editor so you build it once. You build it in quarter sections. It should really all just fall into place. Make the first quarter and then repeat 3 more times.
As Catratio mentions, the node points are important. So if you want roads joining at non-quarter points then you really just have to go free-hand by turning off all the snap-to-grid stuff.

A couple of tips -
You may find that a roundabout that small will have problems will traffic flow when volume increases. That's because the road lengths are really small and you may find you only get 1 vehicle at a time (if bus or truck) on each section of the roundabout, meaning lots of stop/start as vehicles wait for road space to clear for them to move in to. So you may need to increase the roundabout size, I'd suggest 8 square diameter as a minimum.
You might also find using highway pieces for the roundabout instead will help flow. I've had roundabouts that 'gridlock' and when I switched to highway it freed it up. The Mass Transit DLC (which I see you have) has a helpful 2 lane highway which is perfect for this !!

You can use straight roads as a guideline that you'll eventually delete.
And yes, highways can be painfull
