Resident Evil 4 immediately closes its self once i launch it.

I tried everything that I could find on Google to try and fix it, verifying the files, uninstalling it and reinstalling it, nothing happened to work. Is there any other way I can fix this?

It might help to check out in windows logs if is any error related to game crash (it might be some references in Control Panel\Security and Maintenance\Reliability Monitor). Also a full spec of computer might come in handy (including windows version).
Have you tried to reinstall dx9 and vcredist_x86-cpp runtime?
In documents\My Games\Capcom\RE4\ you can find config.ini. Edit it with notepad

That will force the game to start in close to safe mode (window mode).
If somehow you manage to start the game and go all the way to the main menu, close it and install Resident Evil 4 Ultimate HD Edition. This pack will also install a tweak which fixes lots of issues and set up the game to run on modern machines.

I found the reason as to why RE4 wasn't starting, due to Windows 11 making the 'My Games' folder disabled for anything that didn't have administrator privileges causing RE4 to not make its own config file causing the game to shut down immediately.
