My review
Hey guys. This might be a harsh one, but it will also include the good. Its not going to be a trashing of the game, but a over all opinion.

First of all it seems this game attracts a lot of real life professionals, which is great and all - but there are some major factors that bring it down.

Pros:
The management part of the department is not seen in other similiar games.

The graphics are enjoyable

Its enjoyable to battle water management, and figure out which fire to attack or contain.

Cons:
The process for saving someone is very linear and quickly feels repeative.

The pathfinding for vehicles is a joke - often clipping past/through other cars, going up the wrong way of traffic.

Unmounting your guys from the vehicle can be a task, and sometimes even leads you to have to move the vehicle without them in it.

Voice commands will shortly start to drive you insane (roger, moving, roger, roger, roger, moving) you get the idea.

Due to this being a load in level game, it really removes the feeling of having to clean up and move out from a scene - I enjoyed that of games such as this in the past.

All in all, it is enjoyable some what as a game, but there are other games already out there, such as 911 First Responders, that not only have better pathfinding, a more dynamic array of things to respond to, but just more depth in general.

I did go over it several times, and was trying to find more pros to list, but couldn't.

This game will either collect dust for awhile, or be entirely removed. Take the time to watch youtube videos. Its a unique game, that goes for a speific type of person. I don't thnik I'm that person.

Going back to play First Responders with that said.

I enjoyed it a lot. It has a more wide range of things that can go wrong. You watch the city/map in real time and respond. Which is interesting because you could have someone attempting to rob someone, and at the same time have a heavy fire going on. You have to handle police calls/ems/fire - and it has situations on a wide scale, such as large earthquakes - you'll be struggling to scramble then. Its a very enjoyable game with a very heavy modding community. I suggest it man if you are mildy into this game, you'll love First Responders.

From what I understand it is redone verison. No Euro sounding cars (which I can't stand the lights and sirens of them) Google "911 : First Responders" if you are really interested, or check out youtube videos.
