Also very good advice.
I should have mentioned as well: these guides are obviously written by committed traders. Many of them went nuts stocking up Dominus GTs during the last crate run, refusing reasonable offers. Now they're stuck with the things, and it's curious that for the last week the price has been way lower in reality than they've been insisting it is in the guides.
Work between a few of them, read the forums, and as Mirage says think about the value to you as well.
[edit] Errr... yeah. Just looked at one of them which claims Xmas/Halloween items are worth 4-6 keys each. Take that with a bucket of salt.
Which is just insanity and stupidity to pay more for a single vehicle than the entire cost of the game.
I offered a huy 7 crates for it and he was like "haha not even close". It's like he wanted 20 dollars too xD
I expect that was $20 worth of keys, which is certainly what it was changing hands for in the early weeks of CC1/2. It's down considerably now, and over the last 5 days you'd have seen threads where people were only asking 5-8k. I guess the desperation for key currency to open CC3s might have caused a few teenagers to snap as well.
Even Psy would have known this would happen, they try to control the entire economy, not only do they get the money for opening crates, they also control the currency in the form of keys, the greedy ♥♥♥♥♥.
It was $20 in some kind of card you could add to your steam wallet apperantly, obviously a very risky thing to do as there is no reason for the person to trade you the item once they get the money, as you cannot trade at the same time.
But I bet people are doing paypal transactions and whatever else.
Find info there for what stuffs worth in trade value. The item will tell you if it's timed or not you'll see a little timer on the top right of the items icon in your inventory that indicates how many days it's locked for.
ok thats perfect thank you.
is there also something like a item showcase on youtube that shows off all items (for the visual effects) i can all find tons of crate opening videos but no showcases
