Precision Targeting

Okay this is a little embarrassing but the only achievement I'm missing is Precision Targeting. Could someone tell me where to put my party member(s) to get this?

The Precision Targeting achievement refers to using some buttons to control which enemies one of your defenders target, doesn't have anything to do with where you position them? I circled the options in red here so you can see what I'm referring to.[imgur.com] Just click those buttons some and you should get the achievement
