Report a translation problem
To fix this problem I went into
Windows 10 -> System Settings -> Display Settings.
(easy way to get there is by right clicking the desktop background and choosing "display settings")
The window that appears should say "customize your display".
Under that phrase there is a sliding bar that is titled "change the size of text, apps, and other items:"
I had this bar maxed out (175%) because I sit a decent distance away from my screen and needed larger icons and font to see what is normally going on, but to get the game to show up all the way I had to slide the bar so it was at or below the recommended settings (around 125% for my system).
Sometimes you need to restart the computer to get an app to work after changing this setting, but I didn't have to for this game.
After I was done playing, I just changed the settings back to my normal level.
Hope this helps,
