Movement has a delay

I loaded into an old save from 20.0 after not playing for a few months, and the controls seem way off. I have significant delay with all movement, feels like the player is drunk. I haven't changed any settings anywhere.

Does it happen if you start a new file? I wonder if you just have another issue that's causing input lag.

You shouldn't play "old" worlds/games on the new version.
You never know what weird stuff can happen.

I'm having problems near the settlement. Every time I get near the "store" it glitches and takes me somewhere near but not in the store

Is it nighttime? The trader closes at night, the teleportation isn't a glitch but an intended function to keep you from using the invincible trader walls as a protective element during the much more dangerous night time/blood moons.
